What payment methods are accepted?

redit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. ANCV holiday vouchers accepted only for direct bookings with the hotel (made on our website, by email, or by phone). Please notify reception at info@hotelanjoulafayette.com

Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. For wheelchair users, you can book one of our two accessible triple rooms, equipped with a shower, sink, and accessible toilet.
Please specify your disability and any specific needs in the "message" section during the booking process on our website so that we can anticipate them (shower seat installation, etc.).

What are the parking options?

Our street, "Riboutté," has a few paid public parking spaces.
We strongly recommend using the MONTHOLON parking garage under Square Montholon on Rue Lafayette (50m away). Open 24/7 (cars, electric vehicle charging, motorcycles, bicycles, disabled access).

What kind of welcome awaits our little family?

Traveling with a baby? Request a crib in your room in advance (free of charge). A changing mat and potty are also available upon request. A high chair is available for breakfast.
Child over 3 years old? Book a triple room for your comfort. (We do not have extra beds available.)
Are you a group of four? (2 parents + 2 children) Book our family room, which consists of two adjoining bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

What languages are spoken by the hotel staff?

English, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Ukrainian, Russian.

Are pets allowed?

Our furry friends are welcome at the hotel. Please let us know before your arrival. A fee of €12 per night applies.

An external dry cleaner can take care of your laundry from Monday to Saturday, with same-day return possible if dropped off at reception early in the morning. Prices are available.
