Green Key: a label of excellence for sustainable tourism
For more than 20 years, La Clef Verte has been distinguishing tourist establishments committed to a rigorous environmental approach. Supported in France by the Teragir association, this international label embodies an ambitious vision of tourism, combining quality, responsibility and sustainable development.
Launched in 1998 for campsites, then in 2005 for hotels, it now also distinguishes gîtes, bed and breakfasts, youth hostels, tourist residences, holiday villages and restaurants committed to voluntary environmental progress.
